Keerthan Maria Pinto is the Lead – Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) at Gokare LPO Private Limited, Bangalore.  Keerthan leads the non-immigration visa team and handles all RFEs. She works closely and collaborates with all the teams at Gokare Law Firm. She has 5+ years of experience working in the US Immigration and visa services handling both Non- Immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, E-2, P-3) and Immigrant Visa cases (PERM, I-140, I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA).

Keerthan has previously worked with Ontario Assistants Desk, a Canada based legal process outsourcing firm, EY GDS India LLP, Bangalore and with Arty Legal Processing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Keerthan is a science graduate from Mangalore university and has completed LLB degree from SDM Law College, Mangalore, India.  She has completed her LL.M  degree in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Christ University, Bangalore, India.  Additionally, she also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduation Diploma in Medical Laws and Ethics (PGDMLE) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Keerthan is a member of the Bar Council of India.
