Mannat Sabharwal joined GLF in August 2023 as a Case Manager and brings extensive experience in wide variety of civil litigation, corporate. She handles all Immigrant Visa matters for the Firm as well as Requests for Evidence for all types of cases. Mannat assists Firm’s clients on Employment based Immigrant Visa matters: I-140s, I-485s, and Family based Immigrant Visa matters as well as Naturalization matters.

Mannat earned her BBA-LLB (Hons.) (Specialisation in Corporate laws) degree from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. During her law school, she interned at various places, from NGOs to independent practitioners and commercial law firms. Upon graduation, she worked with Juris Corp, New Delhi for nearly 3 years as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. During her time at Juris Corp, she assisted, advised, and successfully represented clients (domestic and foreign based) before all courts and tribunals situated in New Delhi. She has also authored several publications on various topics in legal arenas of commercial arbitration to competition law to real estate law.

She has obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, where she was a merit-based scholar.
